Below are the names of just some of the shelters and rescues that could use our help:  Monetary donations, food, blankets, toys, bowls, volunteer work....and you may just find your next best friend.  

There are hundreds of rescue groups that could use our help, these are just a few that I have worked with.  I am not playing favorites, I just have people that ask me who they can donate to and these come to mind because I have witnessed their efforts first hand.

There is a group called Paw Patrol that I see on Ring all of the time and that person is always willing to go out and help with a stray animal.  I do not know them but would like to.  They may need your help.

Giving a hand to a neighbor in need. 

My mother just had surgery and it was amazing how many of her neighbors have brought food, picked up medicine, checked on her....a real community of caring people. We seem to have lost a lot of that with our hectic lives. Giving a  few minutes of your time.  It costs nothing and can have a big impact.  There may be someone within a few hundred feet of you that could really use your help.  Even some light conversation or a smile can go a long way, especially for those who are alone or may be missing a pet or a human family member.
